When you send us a project request, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, company or website, the services you are interested in, your budget, timeline and message. We also record the page you sent the form from and your IP address, so we can answer you and filter out spam.
  • Messages you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider and content delivery network keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website at the moment. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To deliver the project if you become a client.
  • To keep the website secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and who helps us

  • Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and sent to our team by email.
  • The website is hosted by Hostinger. Images and files are delivered through the Bunny.net content delivery network.
  • The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
  • If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on a possible project, and client records as long as the project and its legal and accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Send your request to contact@hexvate.com. We will reply as soon as we can and within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
